Optionally, share information regarding a home sale to assist in the accurate appraisal of your and your neighbors’ homes and businesses.
The information is also used by the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts to monitor the appraisal district’s accuracy and uniformity.
FBCAD considers the sales price of your property as CONFIDENTIAL and will not disclose said information outside of value protest hearings.
